Hotel Montreal Metropolitan, BW Signature Collection, Montreal

The hotel was conveniently located with easy access back onto the highway and perfect for our travel needs. The rooms were well-maintained daily, but the noise from the front side of the hotel was a bit bothersome. The service staff were accommodating throughout our stay, even helping with UberEats deliveries and providing extra towels efficiently. The location, although close to the highway, was not the best with a sketchy surrounding under the highway overpass. Dining was underwhelming with cold-delivered food, but the homemade sausages were a standout.

The hotel had a mixed experience with some positives and negatives. The rooms were massive and very clean, but the weird indoor dining room was a downside. The service was super friendly, but there were no comments on the facilities. The location was perfect for our travel needs, even though there was a strong cigarette smoke smell.
